Time to get back in shape again.. Day one after not doing any kind of workout in months…

Cardio X today.. Wish me luck I need it….

I hope I keep this up this time IDK if any of you have reset yourself as much as me… I am tired of it.

So today was a great workout day.. I felt so good and refreshed after I did my workout.. Cardio and Ab ripper seems to be my fav ones..So I feel i will do them a lil more mixed with some Kempo here and there..   I was in the pool doing laps also.. Not sure if I notice a diff on me yet or not.. I been looking in mirror everyday but idk. Cant wait til I take new pics at day 30 🙂

Today is Kempo and Cardio X ,, Woke up jogged a lil bit.. Then went in the pool and did laps..  So now its time for a real workout.. Will blog about it later…

Today was ab ripper day and cardio x. Must say I really do enjoy yoga and a good cardio workout. I didn’t do the whole workout tho I broke down into two lil workouts seeing that I was in the pool half  the day counts  as exercise I was told anyways so yeah.. I didn’t have a smoke all day yay.. I found todays workout to more easy than has been I must say.. I can’t wait til the end of the month when I take new pics and see if there has been any change.. I don’t expect a big one just a lil something to show me I am doing it right eh..

Today was just jogging, riding the bike, and whole lot of time doing laps in the pool.. Easy day with a lil bit of a slackers workout lol

So today I doubled up my workout, Did some cardio x and kempo.. I did pretty good keeping up. And noticed if you take to many days off its hard to get back where you were.. Then I did a few laps in the pool to cool down. Omg that felt so good.. I didn’t have a smoke today hopefully I can go two weeks then have that habit broke. I workout so much better when I don’t smoke.. So starting tomorrow its going to be a new workout video I don’t wanna be stuck doing the same ones everyday..  It’s harder than I thought to keep the routine going but as I go on it should get easier..

Today was Kenpo.. Went every well, Its one of my fav workouts so far beside the cardio x.. Went for 4 mile half  walk and Jog today… Still trying to quit smoking too.. There both hard but in the end I will be happy I changed my unhealthy ways eh… Bed time will blog more later..
