So today I doubled up my workout, Did some cardio x and kempo.. I did pretty good keeping up. And noticed if you take to many days off its hard to get back where you were.. Then I did a few laps in the pool to cool down. Omg that felt so good.. I didn’t have a smoke today hopefully I can go two weeks then have that habit broke. I workout so much better when I don’t smoke.. So starting tomorrow its going to be a new workout video I don’t wanna be stuck doing the same ones everyday..  It’s harder than I thought to keep the routine going but as I go on it should get easier..

So today was a slack day on the workout. Instead I did a 4 mile jog and run and did laps in the pool and just went swimming.. Tomorrow will be a Cardio day for sure and a bit of kempo.. Still eating proper and had one smoke all day… I just need to stop smoking all togther eh.. One day at a time is how I am taken it tho..

I took a break from working out.. But I did do laps in the pool and did ride the bike for 45 mins.. My side was hurting me so I took a break for the day.. Tomorrow is another day..

So I yesturday was a lil cardio day for me.. I liked it enjoyed it and I can feel that I worked out on my body.. Yay I did one full workout.. I am proud of myself .. So I decided today will be a lil change also Just going to go through some one workouts I hear people say they enjoy the most.. Then I get back in order and do it from phase one.. Kenpo it is for todays workout.. Looks fun and I hope I can keep up or do my best through the whole workout.. Will update later.. I am not great at all the workouts but I do my fn best and one day I will breeze through them all 🙂 .. Be healthy and happy.. I will push play everyday til I get where I wanna be….

Well Its day one of my reset on my workout.. I just took some pics and started a video log of my progress, will post them as I  do my day to day workouts.. Cant wait to see the difference from now and 90 days..  So cause I have taken time off from my first start date.. Today will be a cardio day.. So off to my workout and will update later.. Day one of my reset on the p90x workout.. So I have decided to go in full force on this phase of a new healthy fit , and better me.. I have smoked my last Cig last nite and I am ready to complete the workout and change my bad habits.. Wish me luck.. Those who know me will understand that this is a hard and tough choice I have made and I wanna sick with it.. I been reading other blogs and watching video’s on youtube so I know this wont be as easy like I thought it would be eh.. But I shall over come, Like I have in my paths on life I had taken to get me where I am today..
