Time to get back in shape again.. Day one after not doing any kind of workout in months…

Cardio X today.. Wish me luck I need it….

I hope I keep this up this time IDK if any of you have reset yourself as much as me… I am tired of it.

Today was ab ripper day and cardio x. Must say I really do enjoy yoga and a good cardio workout. I didn’t do the whole workout tho I broke down into two lil workouts seeing that I was in the pool half  the day counts  as exercise I was told anyways so yeah.. I didn’t have a smoke all day yay.. I found todays workout to more easy than has been I must say.. I can’t wait til the end of the month when I take new pics and see if there has been any change.. I don’t expect a big one just a lil something to show me I am doing it right eh..

Today was just jogging, riding the bike, and whole lot of time doing laps in the pool.. Easy day with a lil bit of a slackers workout lol

So today I doubled up my workout, Did some cardio x and kempo.. I did pretty good keeping up. And noticed if you take to many days off its hard to get back where you were.. Then I did a few laps in the pool to cool down. Omg that felt so good.. I didn’t have a smoke today hopefully I can go two weeks then have that habit broke. I workout so much better when I don’t smoke.. So starting tomorrow its going to be a new workout video I don’t wanna be stuck doing the same ones everyday..  It’s harder than I thought to keep the routine going but as I go on it should get easier..

Today was Kenpo.. Went every well, Its one of my fav workouts so far beside the cardio x.. Went for 4 mile half  walk and Jog today… Still trying to quit smoking too.. There both hard but in the end I will be happy I changed my unhealthy ways eh… Bed time will blog more later..

 My p90x work out was cadrio x today.. It was awesome I felt so good befor and after I did it 🙂
I kepted up pretty good today.. I went for a 3 hr swim in the pool with the kids too.. awesome day I had..

So I yesturday was a lil cardio day for me.. I liked it enjoyed it and I can feel that I worked out on my body.. Yay I did one full workout.. I am proud of myself .. So I decided today will be a lil change also Just going to go through some one workouts I hear people say they enjoy the most.. Then I get back in order and do it from phase one.. Kenpo it is for todays workout.. Looks fun and I hope I can keep up or do my best through the whole workout.. Will update later.. I am not great at all the workouts but I do my fn best and one day I will breeze through them all 🙂 .. Be healthy and happy.. I will push play everyday til I get where I wanna be….

Well Its day one of my reset on my workout.. I just took some pics and started a video log of my progress, will post them as I  do my day to day workouts.. Cant wait to see the difference from now and 90 days..  So cause I have taken time off from my first start date.. Today will be a cardio day.. So off to my workout and will update later.. Lately I been telling everyone my plans to get fit and start over as new me.. I find my self getting happy thoughts and very hyper as I talk about it.. So I feel like this what I always needed I just needed that lil push to get me started..

 Ty Arse for that, If  it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t of found the p90x workout videos and never feel the need to try to use them.. I have also got my family friends interested in starting the workouts too.. As of today there’s a total of  11 of us taking pics, making video’s and starting our workout today yay!!

And  I have been sleeping better the past 4 or so nights too yay for goodnight sleeps..
